But what I really want to talk about is ukemi. The “kick-up” ukemi I saw Mike and Luis take was, frankly, amazing.

I recorded a bit on my cell phone.  (And that “holy smokes!” you hear in the background? That’s the sound of my jaw dropping to the mat).  Honestly, it looked like Mike was levitating.
